GENERAL CONDITIONS
EXCURSIONS BY MINIBUS1 – GENERAL
Odyssée en Val de Loire put at your disposal a comfortable, air-conditioned, soundproofed minibus with 9 seats, driven by a driver guide speaking French, English and Spanish, registered with the Ministry of Tourism.
The latter's well documented; on-board commentaries will enliven and enrich your trip.
On site visits of the monuments are free. Departure guaranteed for a minimum of 2 people.
2 – DEPARTURE AND RETURN
On booking, your driver will pick you up from Place de l'Etape in Orleans, in front of the Town Hall, next to the Tourist Office and the cathedral or from your hotel or residence located in the town centre.
3 – RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
- It is possible to book up to the very last minute, simply by calling : 0033 (0)6 24 79 11 76
- Payment the day of the excursion, directly to the driver in cash
4 – CANCELLATION
Cancellations before the excursion departure time will not be charged but in case of cancellation or modification, the customer must inform Odyssée en Val de Loire by phone to the 0033 (0)6 24 79 11 76, or by mail to the following address : contact@odyssee-valdeloire.com
However any excursion which has been started must be paid for in full without any refund.
On the other hand, Odyssée en Val de Loire has the right to cancel an excursion, before the departure time, for technical reasons such as technical problems on the minibus or unavailability of the guide. In this case no compensation can be paid to the customer.
5 – PRICES
Prices are valid from January, 1st, 2010 until December, 31st, 2010
Prices are TTC.
Prices include :- Pick up at your hotel located in Orleans city centre
- Transport in a comfortable, air-conditioned, soundproofed minibus with 9 seats
- Services of the driver, who is also a trilingual guide and interpreter, registered with the Ministry of Tourism and will give tourist commentaries in the vehicle.
- Car parks and tolls
- Wine tasting when they are mentioned in the programPrices do not include :
- Entrance fees to the museums and monuments (with Odyssée en Val de Loire you will benefit from reduced prices in most monuments
- Guided visits inside monuments
- Meals and accommodation
- A supplementary charge of 0.75 euros per kilometre is payable for pick up points outside Orléans.6 – INSURANCES
- Liability
Odyssée en Val de Loire licence n° 2007/24/0000490 has signed a contract of insurance with GROUPAMA Company that covers its civil professional responsibility for the transport of travellers and the organisation of excursions without an overnight stay.
- Luggage
The professional responsibility of Odyssée en Val de Loire covers the loss or destruction of luggage and object entrusted.
Luggage will be treated with the greatest care. We accept one bag per person. This bag is transported in our boot under our responsibility. Customers who desire can also take with them a travel bag, small enough to be placed under seats, inside the vehicle but under their responsibility. Our company can not be held responsible for lost, deterioration or theft of small hand luggage, clothes, cameras, souvenirs…left in the vehicles during visits.
7 – DELAYS
Departure and return times may vary due to traffic conditions.
