GENERAL CONDITIONS
RENTING A CAR WITH DRIVER1 – GENERAL
Our staff is qualified to transport passengers in a comfortable, air-conditioned, soundproofed minibus with 8 seats.
Odyssée en Val de Loire put at your disposal a driver, who is also your guide and interpreter in French, English and Spanish, registered by the Ministry of Tourism who will guide you in your discovery of the Loire Valley. On board, he will give you rich tourist commentaries about our heritage.
2 – RESERVATION
Reservation is essential on : 0033(0)6 24 79 11 76
3 – PAYMENTA 25% deposit must be paid on booking and the remainder on receipt of the invoice.
4 – PRICES
Prices are valid from January, 1st, 2012 until December, 31st, 2012
Prices are TTC.
Prices include :
- Pick up from your hotel or place of residence in the centre of Orleans
- Transport with your trilingual driver guide
Prices do not include :
- Administrative charges (15 €)
- Entrance fees to museums and places of interest (with Odyssée en Val de Loire you will benefit from reduced prices for most sites) - Guided visits
- Meals and accommodation for the people transported
- The driver’s meals and accommodation for tours which last for one or several days
- A supplementary charge of 0.80 euros per kilometre payable for pick up points outside Orleans.
- Motorway tolls and parking fees
- Charges for overtime (40 € per hour)
- Supplementary charges for hours between 9 pm and 6 am (60 € per hour)
5 – CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours prior to departure time. After this dead-line the booking can not be modified and no refunds will be given. Each service started is totally due. No refunds will be given if the customer does not arrive at the hours and places of departure agreed upon.
6 – INSURANCES
- Liability
Odyssée en Val de Loire licence n° 2007/24/0000490 has signed a contract of insurance with GROUPAMA Company that covers its civil professional responsibility for the transport of travellers and the organisation of excursions without an overnight stay.
- Luggage
The professional responsibility of Odyssée en Val de Loire covers the loss or destruction of luggage and object entrusted.
Luggage will be treated with the greatest care. We accept one bag per person. This bag is transported in our boot under our responsibility. Customers who desire can also take with them a travel bag, small enough to be placed under seats, inside the vehicle but under their responsibility. Our company can not be held responsible for lost, deterioration or theft of small hand luggage, clothes, cameras, souvenirs…left in the vehicles during visits.
7 – DELAYS
Departure and return times may vary due to traffic conditions.
